Ingredients:
- 200g of hard mattress (meat)
- 100g of cabbage, shredded
- 100g of carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons of Molho inglês
- 3 tablespoons of Molho shoyu
- 150g of Macarrão lamen
- 3 tablespoons of Molho de yakisoba
Instructions:
- Begin by boiling water in a pot. Once boiling, add the 150g of Macarrão lamen and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, slice the 200g of hard mattress into thin strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced meat with 2 tablespoons of Molho inglês and let it marinate for a few minutes.
- In a pan (if available) or directly in the bowl, add 100g of shredded cabbage and 100g of julienned carrots to the marinated meat.
- Add 3 tablespoons of Molho shoyu and 3 tablespoons of Molho de yakisoba to the mixture, and toss to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Add the cooked Macarrão lamen to the mixture and gently toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
