Yakisoba-style Hard Mattress and Veggie Stir-fry



Preparation Time: 40 min.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of hard mattress (meat)
  • 100g of cabbage, shredded
  • 100g of carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons of Molho inglês
  • 3 tablespoons of Molho shoyu
  • 150g of Macarrão lamen
  • 3 tablespoons of Molho de yakisoba

Instructions:

  • Begin by boiling water in a pot. Once boiling, add the 150g of Macarrão lamen and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • While the noodles are cooking, slice the 200g of hard mattress into thin strips.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced meat with 2 tablespoons of Molho inglês and let it marinate for a few minutes.
  • In a pan (if available) or directly in the bowl, add 100g of shredded cabbage and 100g of julienned carrots to the marinated meat.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of Molho shoyu and 3 tablespoons of Molho de yakisoba to the mixture, and toss to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add the cooked Macarrão lamen to the mixture and gently toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
