Spicy Cottage Cheese Beef Bake

 


Ingredients:

  • 250g of ground beef
  • 100g of cottage cheese
  • 50g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven
  • Spoon
  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the mixture, cooking it until browned. Stir in the salt, pepper, and paprika during the cooking process.
  • Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
  • In the mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and hot sauce, mixing well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, then spread the cottage cheese mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the cottage cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
