Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
- In the mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and hot sauce, mixing well.
- In a baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, then spread the cottage cheese mixture on top.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the cottage cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
