Spinach and Mushroom Sauté



Ingredients:

  • 200g of fresh spinach
  • 150g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 50g of grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown and release their juices.
  • Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • If using, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.
