- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 50g of grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown and release their juices.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If using, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.
