- 200g of salmon fillet

150g of broccoli

100g of bell pepper

100g of carrot

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, mirin, and sesame oil to
create the teriyaki sauce.
- Place the salmon fillet in the bowl and let it marinate for about 10
minutes.
- While the salmon is marinating, wash and chop the broccoli, bell pepper,
and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated salmon fillet to the pan and cook for about 4-5
minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and caramelized, basting with the
leftover sauce.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for about 4-5
minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the teriyaki salmon on a plate with the stir-fried vegetables on
the side.
