Ingredients:

·         100g of cauliflower rice

·         50g of coconut flour

·         1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast

·         1 teaspoon of garlic powder

·         1 teaspoon of onion powder

·         Salt to taste

·         Pepper to taste

·         1 tablespoon of olive oil

·         Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

·         Mixing bowl

·         Baking tray

·         Parchment paper

·         Food processor

Instructions:

·         Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

·         In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, coconut flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

·         Add the olive oil to the mixture and knead until it forms a dough-like consistency.

·         Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking tray.

·         Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.

·         Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
