Ingredients:
- 200g of firm tofu, cubed
- 100g of broccoli florets
- 100g of bell peppers, sliced
- 50g of carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 20ml of soy sauce
- 10ml of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
- Add the cubed tofu and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrot, stir-frying for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to coat the tofu and vegetables evenly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
