Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 50g of cream cheese
- 100g of cheddar cheese
- 100g of ham
- 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Spread 25g of cream cheese on each slice of bread.
- Layer the slices of ham evenly on top of the cream cheese.
- Place the sliced tomato on top of the ham.
- Grate the cheddar cheese and sprinkle it generously over the tomatoes.
- Place the prepared toast on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
